1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any app published under the Appleov brand (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You may use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or decompile the App

• Use the App for fraudulent or harmful purposes

• Attempt unauthorized access to the App or related systems

Appleov reserves the right to suspend access for any misuse.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some apps may offer:

• One-time in-app purchases

• Auto-renewable subscriptions

• Consumable credits or digital goods

Subscriptions

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

All purchases are handled by Apple App Store. Appleov does not directly process or store any payment information.

4. Advertisements

Apps may display:

• Banner ads

• Interstitial ads

• Rewarded video ads

• Native ads

Advertisements may come from third-party ad networks. Appleov is not responsible for the content or behavior of third-party ads.

5. User Content

Some apps may allow users to submit or generate content. You retain ownership of your content but grant Appleov a limited license to display such content within the App for proper functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, graphics, designs, logos, and code related to the App are the exclusive property of Appleov. You may not copy or reuse any part of the App without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. Appleov does not guarantee:

• Error-free operation

• Availability without interruption

• Accuracy of data or content

Use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Appleov shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of data

• Loss of revenue

• Device damage

• Indirect or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

9. Termination

Appleov may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations or operational reasons.

10. Changes to Terms

Appleov may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will be shown at the top. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance.
